No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your delivery details, and view your order history for future purchases.

We accept  Debit and Credit cards, PayPal, Stripe. All payments are processed securely, and we never store your full card details.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@thelondonfinery.co.uk and we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed, but you can return it under our Returns Policy.

Your order confirmation email means we’ve received your order, not that it’s been dispatched. You’ll receive a separate dispatch confirmation with tracking details (where available) once your order has left our warehouse.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Our courier will follow their standard process, which may include leaving your parcel in a safe place, delivering to a neighbour, or leaving a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law. Please see our full Returns Policy for step-by-step instructions and any category-specific exceptions.

Product suitability varies by item. We recommend checking the ingredients list and product description on each product page, and doing a patch test before first use if you have particularly sensitive skin.

Where a product is cruelty-free, vegan, or carries any other certification, this will be clearly labelled on the individual product page. Not all products across our range carry these certifications.

Each product page includes detailed dimensions, materials, and capacity information where relevant. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
